Head Equipment Technician, Ocean Ridge Plantation, Ocean Isle Beach, NC
Salary Range: $16.00 - $20.00/per hour Application Deadline: Open until filled.
The Ocean Ridge Plantation is a four course semi-private facility located in Ocean Isle Beach, NC. A minimum of 5 years experience preferred as an equipment technician manager and ability to work and communicate well with fellow employees is a plus. A valid driver's license is required. Knowledge of operation of various types of equipment and ability to perform preventative maintenance and repairs to all assets related to the golf course is necessary; this includes but is not limited to golf course mowers, tractors knowledge of and the ability to use reel technology; grinding, backlaps, setting reels, and cutting heights on all mowers, etc. We have both John Deere and Jacobsen turf equipment, less than a year old. Successful candidate would be responsible for management of and oversee of preventative maintenance schedule on all equipment, inventory control and purchase orders.
